I actually had a really hard time trying to figure out if I had any indulgences, and if so, what they are.
The first thing that came to mind was sweets/carbs.
Like Frozen OJ, I love bread. I'm not one to just eat a piece of regular sandwich bread, but give me some rolls and butter and I'm golden.
I also love sweets. I love chocolate and peanut butter together, but I'm also a lover of sour candy.
It's not just candy I enjoy. I'll never turn down a cupcake, especially one with whipped cream icing. I also recently discovered that Sonic has molten cake sundaes, and their turtle one is amazing. Drool
Ever since being diagnosed with PCOS, I've been trying to be better about my sweets and carb intake. My non-food related indulgences are good music, going to concerts, reading blogs, and watching TTC vlogs on YouTube. If I've had a really stressful day at work, I love to come home and mindlessly play video games. I think that indulgences are typically thought of as something bad or shameful, but I think that indulging in a good book or movie is a great way to de-stress, especially during something as stressful as trying to conceive.
